Room Rates are per person, vary by season and include a full breakfast.

Low Season: $175
November, December, January, February

Mid Season: $225
March, April

High Season: $275
May, June, July, August, September, October

Rent Blueberry Brooke:

All seasons. Includes all rooms: $1,250

Weekly house rental:

All Seasons. Includes all rooms: $7,500

Event Rental:

All seasons. 2-4 hours: $450

All seasons. 5-8 hours: $750
